ফায়ারফক্স ব্যবহারের সুবিধা হলো এতে অনেক এডঅন ব্যবহার করা যায় বিশেষ বিশেষ সুবিধা পাওয়ার জন্য। যে কোন সময় এডঅন ইনস্টল, সক্রিয় ও নিস্ক্রিয় করে রাখা যায়। মনে রাখবেন বেশি বেশি এডঅন ব্যবহার মানেই বেশি সুবিধা তা কিন্তু নয়। যেগুলো কাজের বা সব সময় লাগে সেই গুলো সক্রিয় রাখুন কারণ এডঅন ব্যবহারে বেশি মেমোরি নেয় ফায়ারফক্স যা অনেকের জন্য চিন্তার বিষয়।

গুগলের বিভিন্ন সার্ভিস ব্যবহার করি আমরা প্রায় প্রতিদিন। গুগলের সার্ভিসগুলো ব্যবহার করার সময় নিজের ইচ্ছা মতো কিছু কাস্টমাইজ করা যাবে এই ধরনের একটা এডঅন হলো কাস্টমাইজ গুগল বা customizegoogle.
