Copy paste files and image where it is aked in the mod instruction. Then clear your cache folder expcept .htaccess and index.html file or go to your admin panel(need to be logged using super admin user) and purge cache. It will be better if u refresh your theme too from admin. If you're using Wordpad2 or Dreamweaver try setting 'match case' or 'ignore whitespace' to null, thus finding the result.
